I began listening to this podcast during the summer of 2019, when I was undergoing a huge career transition and felt like I needed to surround myself (virtually, at least) with successful Black women. Tiff’s words have stuck with me as my career has blossomed, and it has been so good having her advice in my ear. This podcast really is like having a super-secret playbook at my disposal. Thanks for sharing your words of wisdom!

It’s been a while since I listened to podcasts. I’ll just say this, God knows what He’s doing. I’ve been on a journey these last few months self assessing to realign and readjust some things in my life. Yesterday morning I prayed and asked God for some alignments to take place and within hours three opportunities came my way and I gladly accepted them. Then I took a bike ride after work to help clear my mind. When I came home I felt rejuvenated and refreshed. This morning my journey began with self assessing my weaknesses and asking God to help me through them. God told me to open my Podcast app and I did. Ep. 140 blessed me in many ways because God knows what He’s doing. Thank you for your message Tiffany. I am going back to listen again so I can take notes. #MindfullySpeaking

I have being listening to this podcast for about 6 months and let me tell you, it’s amazing, spiritual and uplifting! Tiffany’s voice is calming and insightful! I hear her voice in my head sometimes! She’s like an older wiser big sister:) ! Do yourself a favor and listen already!

Listening to “HDSDI” is like sitting down with a friend/sister that gives the best advice and steers you down a successful road. Tiff South (that’s with two f’s) is the one!!! She’s very informative and gives you key strategies that can be used in every day life. There aren’t any constant ads, marketing plugs, etc. Everything she says or promotes is truly intended to help her listeners. I always say to Tiffany, I really do not know how you does it! Tiffany is exceptional at providing career guidance and helping you get to your field of clarity. I just wanted to tell you Tiff - thank you. Your approach to each topics is something that we all need to hear including the conversation intertwined with scripture. I grew up in the church and the way you break it down and relate to my life, as a millennial, is a necessary addition to my personal and spiritual growth. So many of us suffer from church hurt. This is one of the many first steps to healing - a voice of a young black woman who wants to empower other black & brown women to live, grow and walk in the world with Christ. Blessings.

I listen to a lot of podcast, but what I love most about this one is that she provides practical information. It’s not concepts or theories that you have to go research afterwards, she shares tips you can use immediately!

Tiffany is very knowledgeable, experienced, and gives practical down to earth advice, which you can apply in your own life. She’s an amazing person with a good heart. She’s also a great public speaker. Looking forward to listening to more episodes.

I love listening to this podcast because each episode is filled with an encouraging word that also challenges you as you evolve. I often find myself saying “amen” or “preach!” during each episode. I appreciate how Tiffany advises us to be spirit-led and uses real life experiences in each episode. This podcast is definitely on heavy rotation.

I loveeeee listening to these while I’m getting ready for my day or commuting to school and work. Tiff does such a great job laying down some real wisdom with little sweet cherries of God’s word that don’t make me feel terrible about myself. As a 22 year old who is still growing into her own, these 10-30 minutes are truly compelling and cause for some reflection and growth. Awesome, awesome! 10/10.
