Getting planning permission on a very challenging building side...    Ed Akay is another very inspiring person who kindly agreed to come on my show to share his story.    For those who don't know Ed:   A graduate of Newcastle University in Politics and Social Policy, then later BPP law School Manchester. Ed Akay entered the property world by as part of a co-operative that replaced derelict housing by building high quality flats.   Ed then began renovating houses, where he developed his project management skills and eventually started more development by obtaining planning permission on contentious sites most developers would avoid.
