22 August: On today's show we wrap-up a hectic fortnight of sport as Niall, Sinead, Steve and Eoin Lúc recount their highs and lows of Rio 2016. We look back at the best performances, the biggest disappointments and our new favourite sports that we won't see again for another four years.

19 August: On today's episode, Niall joins us from Rio to talk about a fantastic performance from Thomas Barr in the final of the 400m hurdles. We also look at Bolt's last individual Olympic race, and ahead to the golfers and walkers in action today.

18 August: As the end of the Olympics draws close, at least we can't say it's been a dull affair. On today's show Niall joins us to describe the scenes in Rio after president of the OCI, Pat Hickey, was arrested yesterday. We also take a look at Leona Maguire and Ciara Everard's events yesterday and, of course, Thomas Barr reaching the final of the 400m hurdles. Also available on iTunes.

16 August: On today's show we analyse Katie Taylor's shock defeat yesterday, from the loss of key figures in her corner to overly-ambitious expectations. We also look ahead to our last boxer, Michael Conlan, who will fight an old nemesis later today. Annalise Murphy's medal race yesterday was delayed , and if it is delayed again, Murphy will automatically win the bronze. Sinead spent yesterday with Murphy's family, who almost had to leave the party. And finally we will look at French pole vaulter Renaud Lavillenie who bizarrely compared himself to Jesse Owens after losing yesterday, to much criticism. August 15th: In the aftermath of Katie Taylor's shock defeat to Mira Potkonen, Niall Kelly speaks to Esa Lilja of Helsingin Sanomat, Finland's biggest daily newspaper, to get the Finnish reaction.

15 August: On today's show, we talk to Sinead about how good prevailed over evil with Bolt claiming his third gold in the Olympic 100m. We also look back at heartbreak for Ciara Mageean in the 1500m. Lizzie Lee describes the conditions in Rio, that saw herself, Fionnuala McCormack and Breege Connolly give strong performances in the women's marathon yesterday. We also look ahead to big days for Ireland's women: Judy Reynolds, Sara Treacy, Annalise Murphy and Katie Taylor.

August 13th: After the historic silver medal success of Gary and Paul O'Donovan in the lightweight double sculls men's rowing, and a brilliant sixth-place finish for Sinéad Lynch and Claire Lambe in the women's event, Niall Kelly and Sinéad O'Carroll record a bonus pod from Rio to reflect on the day's events.

August 12th: On today's show we look back at the first round of Olympic golf in 112 years, we talk about how the country is falling in love with the O'Donovan brothers and how doping in Rio has the potential to tarnish the Olympic name.
