Each episode has given me more to think through and in different ways. As Jen’s sister, it may be assumed I should give a 5 star review. But as a genuine podcast-lover, this show has been transformative and healing and I’m so here for it. Jen has engaging conversations with every person and is constantly growing in her ability to take insights from the episode and apply them to more general daily life. So so thankful to experience this growth and healing journey with someone I love so so much.

Jen is so great at listening to her guests and responding with insightful commentary. She’s welcoming, smart, funny and soulful.

As a person struggling with all these same issues, you definitely say all the things I’ve needed to hear for far too long. My feelings of not being good enough are 100% rooted back to my religious roots. So much so, as a child, I knew I would never be good enough for God, but that he would still love me. My parents however, let me know that their love came with stipulations. Episode 3 is a favorite because it helped my inner child on a level that my therapist has been trying to help for 2 years now. I look forward to this podcast every week!
