As a Massage Therapist, I firmly believe that everything is connected from the food that fuels us to the music that moves us. Healing with herbs and sound has been extremely impactful within my own journey to creating a healthier lifestyle. My intention is to share what I’ve learned through my studies and encourage individuals to take the much needed time to honor theirselves and incorporate healing with herbs and sound into their therapy modalities as they excel in their healing journey.
