If you are homeschooling Preschoolers and Kindergarten, my biggest piece of advice for you is - make this a fun and joyful experience for you and your child. These years are supposed to be about enjoying and exploring the world. SO take it easy, read to your child, cuddle up with your child/children on the couch with a good book, do simple puzzles together, go to the park, hang out in the backyard, play with playdoh, go the the library, zoo or museum, and don't take it too seriously! Take it from a veteran homeschooling mommy, you'll look back at these years when they are gone and wish you had taken my advise and did more of this. There will be a time and place for regimented, scheduled learning, NOW during the preschool and kindergarten years is not that time- just enjoy it!
