#12) Hitting Your Goals During Tough Times
Today, we’re going to talk about the best way to actually hit your goals (even when times are difficult). The answer is getting your process down -- a process that you love. Here are the questions I ask during the exercise:Question Set #1 (5 minutes): What is the one thing you hope to accomplish in the next three months? And if you’re listening to this during a dark time, what do you hope to accomplish by the end of your "tunnel"? What would absolutely excite you if you achieved it?Question Set #2 (7 minutes): What’s something that has held you back in the past from achieving those goals? If you don’t know, then what are some things you foresee holding you back?Question #3 (30 minutes): What’s your dream schedule that will get you there?
