Welcome back to Holy Sh!t We’re Alive!
We’ve got a double podcast this week with this episode going live both here on Holy Sh!t We’re Alive and on the Look Up Podcast with Marc Weinstein.
Marc and I met at an Ayahuasca ceremony 4 years ago and then reconnected about a year and a half later at another ceremony.
At that first Ayahuasca ceremony, we both had incredible experiences that have played a large role in our own individual journeys of self-growth, and we’ve enjoyed staying in contact over the years to share our experiences with each other.
In this episode we’ll be talking about psychedelics, self-love, relationships, the success void, my new book, and more.
We’ll be sharing personal experiences on our different paths to spiritual growth, mindfulness, and overall wellness, as well as tackling some of the inner stories we’ve had to overcome.
Also, did I mention that I have space for two new private coaching clients?
If you’re interested in finding out more, DM me on Instagram and we can set up a call.

This week on Holy Sh!t We’re Alive we’re talking with Caleb Campbell.
Caleb grew up in a Christian home on a farm in Texas with a deep fear of never being enough.
His high school football career led him to West Point where he made national news and eventually was drafted as a linebacker into the NFL.
Despite his success and fame, nothing could satisfy his deep longing for acceptance, approval, and belonging.
The NFL applied just enough pressure to leave his life in fragments, so he left it all behind.
Through a series of unexpected events he ended up moving to Canada on a whim, and began a journey to heal the emotional trauma that was keeping him stuck and miserable in life.
In this episode, Caleb shares the raw, gripping, emotional journey that led him from a life full of rage, disappointment, and suicidal ideation to a life of radical self-acceptance and deep satisfaction.

Holy sh!t, Alli York is alive.
Alli’s story is incredible. At a young age, she started to believe that there was something wrong with her and that God made a mistake.
This led her down a path of denial — denial of her of sexuality, identity, beliefs, and purpose.
Alli went through EIGHT rounds of rehab treatment struggling with heroin and alcohol addictions until finally living on the streets in Salt Lake City for over a year.
Alli shares her experience begging for a few dollars a day to feed her habit and ultimately coming to the realization if she stayed on her path, she would end up dead.
She finally said a sincere prayer… She said, “If I have a purpose, I need to know.”
Alli’s story of recovery is incredible — she breaks down how she learned to love herself through the 12-step system, her own journaling, and her “mirror work.”
You’ll love this episode. Can’t wait for you to get to know Alli.

Happy June 10th, the most beautiful day of the year!
For those that don’t know, 4 years ago, on June 10th my life changed overnight. Still, to this day, it is the most profound, most insane, most beautiful experience I’ve ever had.
Back in 2016, I had begun to really set focus on personal development, healing, and more interpersonal (rather than external) performance. I was focusing on habits and goals, but I was so asleep at the wheel that I needed something to rock me to my core, something so big and so significant to really get my attention, to continue down my spiritual path.
It all started with a random audible credit and a book called Stealing Fire that opened my eyes to the benefits of psychedelic medicine.
In this episode, I share the story of my June 10th awakening.

What’s it like to live a life without consequences?
Frank Rich grew up in a home where he had very few consequences for his actions… Drinking, smoking weed, drugs, pornography and more were all part of his life from a very early age.
But does he have regrets?
Absolutely not.
Through his own experience with addiction, money, and chasing success he learned what works for him and what doesn’t.
After leaving a high-paying job, Frank developed curriculum to help men battling addictions to pornography — focusing not on the MORALITY side, but on the SCIENCE behind what pornogrphy does to your brain and how to UNWIRE learned beliefs.
So what does he say about regret?
Everything in our lives leads us to where we are now.
This episode is a great listen and Frank shares his seven-step method for overcoming addictions and rewiring any negative behavior.

I’m BACK in the US of A.
For those who don’t know, I just returned from a spur-of-the-moment trip to Dubai…
A few weeks ago in a mediation, I had the urge to go to Dubai as an experiment — could I travel somewhere where I have no friends and no connections and make a beautiful memorable trip for myself?
The trip was incredible — great friends, memories, and experiences.
This experiment reminded me of the importance of FULLY embracing and engaging with our lives.
There are so many twists and turns and unexpected upsides in my life I can trace back to the willingness to jump when the universe has pushed me.
In this episode, I share a few stories from the last couple of years where the dots have lined up for me.

This week on Holy Sh!t We’re Alive it’s a solo episode!
As a side note, I’m lining up our next set of guests and I’d love your feedback. If you know someone who’s had a “Holy Shit I’m Alive” kind of moment or you know an expert you think would be great for the show I’d love to hear your thoughts. DM me on Instagram and let me know!
I’m excited about our chat today — this has been something showing up over and over in my world. Sometimes when we are working hard, striving, and pushing for improvement and more results, we can become RESTLESS with where we are now.
As we start making progress instead of feeling satisfied, we start noticing everything else that we’d like to be doing or have as well.
In this episode I’d love to share this simple message with you: Stop being so hard on yourself!
It’s ok to be where you are now — it’s ok to not be all the way there yet. Just enjoy the process and stop being your own worst critic.

This week on Holy Sh!t We’re Alive we’re talking with Rosie Card
Rosie has an incredible background — she’s been a model, a founder, a missionary for her church, an author, a voice, and she’s even ran for public office.
She is the voice behind the Q Noor movement — a brand, podcast and more that helps and inspires women to feel more comfortable and more confident where they are in life.
Rosie shares her story of experiencing her own spiritual struggles and doubts in the Mormon church where doubts are not encouraged and they are looked down upon.
Rosie has been an incredible voice for women and an ally and supporter for LBGTQ voices specifically in the Mormon church.
I love hearing how Rosie fully lives life — when we were talking about starting her business she said, “The ultimate failure is the lack of trying.”
She truly tries it all and lives life to the fullest.

This week on Holy Sh!t We’re Alive we’re talking with Jimmy Rex.
Jimmy has built an amazing real estate company, he’s the author of books, speaker at events, and he inspires thousands through his social media…
But just like any other “overnight success” his journey started in a much different place.
Jimmy grew up following the straight and narrow path laid out for him by the church he was raised in…
After seeing so many twists and turns in his life and doubling down on self improvement he learned one simple idea:
He could learn a lot about the direction of his own life by understanding the thoughts, opinions, and experiences of others.
Jimmy talks about his journey of leaving his religion, diving into plant medicine, studying and researching self-improvement, launching businesses, and finding empathy for others.
You’ll love when he talks about something he’s been doing recently on his Instagram: The $100 dinner club.
