In 2022, Maxwell got a chance to have a brief conversation with Dodgers Manager, Dave Roberts ahead of 2022 Spring Training. Maxwell shares his collectables, hits hi with a couple Pitcher questions, a couple personal questions and sets up their big meeting at Camelback Ranch. I woudl consider this the spark that kicked in his interest in interviewing coaches, staff and players.
