Ep19: What Bulking Feels Like
I'm now coming to the end of my first ever 'bulk' and I wanted to share my thoughts with you. It was a very strange feeling of wanting to put on muscle and therefore weight but at the same time wanting to say 'lean'. I found the extra calories hard to consume and found the excess weight a little uncomfortable but I'm hoping it all pays off soon! :D

What's your favourite way to measure your fitness progress? There are so many different ways to track your progress that you're bound to prefer one way to another. I’ve never really been one to weigh myself – I’ve always preferred just to see how I feel. Whenever I have a PT or coach, I’ve had to start to keeping more of an eye on my progress so here are some of the ways I track it, and the ways I like the best :)
