I really enjoy many miniatures podcasts but this is consistently the one I enjoy most because it focuses so often (and so well) on painting, has a nice balance of topics outside of 40k (they've gotten me interested in dropzone commander, for example), and give honest reviews of GW products (good and bad). I've learned a lot on painting and enjoyed the banter.
