In our last episode (Part 1) we told a bit of the history of American moonshine, the drink that was known as “White Lightning” was a staple for survival on the American Frontier dating all the way back to the Revolution. After prohibition gave the whole country a taste for the liquor, a new and dangerous profession emerged as drivers were called on to transport the valuable drink from the backwoods to the cities.
