A podcast hosted by Christina Davila (Christy) and Yaritza Martinez Pule (Ritzy) to explore complex, betwixt Chicanx lived experiences. A space to discuss living in the space between the hyphen—“de aquí y de allá— with a dollop of wit. What is the Chicanx experience? How can we honor the uniqueness of two cultures markedly and convolutedly woven together? This podcast will probe Chicanx and Latinx experiences north of the border. By reflecting, questioning, and, oftentimes laughing and/or crying, we will discuss the rich and varied experiences in Chicanx communities. In what ways has popular culture shaped and molded us?
