Scott and Sophia start out the podcast with big news!  However, most of the episode they talk about friendship. What have they learned, what makes a good friend, what makes a toxic friendship and how to cultivate friendships.  They really stay on topic for this one! They also touch upon family relationships and the dynamic between white families and latino families.

Scott has a toothache. Bear with him as he complains about that for a minute...or two. Why can't they take care of themselves? Is this a generational thing or are they actually just lazy? Scott and Sophia also discuss what it means to be a fan of a celebrities today, can it a be a part of your identity? Weird. Also, what's up with each generation? They have a lot to complain about today.

Scott has customer service PTSD from working in retail, which leads to a discussion about their retail experiences with nightmare customers. Should still workers still have to be nice? Scott and Sophia discuss. What is neurodivergence? We don't know. They also try to tackle the definition of "race to innocence," but they're still woke! Introducing philosophy alerts because Scott can't help himself mentioning philosophy terms. They talk about not using their college degrees and their social media drug of choice. Scott is processing the aftermath of a youtube video he released that has received a lot of negative comments.  Sophia and him try to figure out if there's actually anything to learn from all the online "hate". How should he deal with all the negativity? Sophia wants more humor, so caca!

Scott has been Gen Z pilled. Sophia and Scott talk about their constant state of consumption, especially their phone addictions. Is ADHD linked to addictive personality? What's gonna happen in the future with the phone addiction? Can there be good from this, or maybe we just need to read more.

We touch upon Scott's preconceived notions of business people and how there are "bad" spiritual people in the world. Scott accepts that having money isn't inherently evil.

On this episode of Higher Self, Take the Wheel, Sophia and Scott start off talking about their technical woes. Sophia talks about how she can't take a break without feeling guilty - capitalism strikes again. We touch upon our phone addiction and Scott talks about entering his pain body. We conclude by citing the differences in anger between us, but in the end our differences are beneficial to our relationship.

Sophia and Scott have returned after a long hiatus! We're still trying to figure out what a podcast is, but one thing we have learned is that its definitely not a "you hafta" podcast. This is more advice for ourselves. We talk about how content creation is a rollercoaster ride and never fully validates you. We discuss how we gave up weed and our trials and tribulations with that.
