This week we have Ishrat who helps manage Cocktail Week in India. She's also involved in quite a few restaurant / bars. Some great stories from this episode as well as discussion on food places in both Delhi and Mumbai. Looking at the nightlife scene as well as possible places to take dates in the cities.

So myself, Imzo and Kaus, a bartender and foodie in Singapore decided to start up a podcast. Effectively an anything goes podcast. Trying to use Anchor's new "podcast with friends" feature. It works to say the least. They always say start your podcast, however you do it, just start. We did exactly that, we started. I've realised some technical annoyances with it but the podcast works for what it is! The technical parts I guess are just the way Anchor processes this stuff afterwards and layers in the 2 audio files to make one where there's a time delay. The gaps of silence feel longer than they actually are.  The reason I'm pointing this stuff out is...simple. We started something. Learnt from it and will continue figuring things out. Social distancing is key in times like this and features like this help start things you want to do. So here we are. Hope you enjoy the show and most of all, send in any questions or stuff you feel like having discussed or what not. At one point we decided to throw in Instagram live purely because 1, helped seeing Kaus and more than that it made a difference being able to see each other and bounce energy as such. Sadly doing a 3/4 guest instagram live isn't plausible so being a one off. The next episode will be equally if not more fun. Think it's time we dive in a bit more since we've got the quarantine talk out the way...
