We’re really excited to have Alan Keane from the world of Basketball on today’s Podcast. Our paths first crossed when we came to see the Reading Rockets – the basketball team Alan is Head Coach of – play the Nottingham Hoods back in March 1999. And then our daughter Lily, who plays for the Yateley Silverbacks Basketball Club U12s, was lucky enough to spend some time with Alan at a Summer Basketball Camp that Silverbacks Coach Pete Daines organised.

I could have talked to Alan all day long and I learned a lot. What it did confirm is that the world of Elite Sports and the world of Business more or less follow the same principles.
