Probably my favorite podcast ever. So happy they have committed to recording more episodes. Natalie’s voice seemed a bit off in the last episode. Must be the jet lag, or from recording in another country.

Carrie Poppy is an investigative journalist from California with a Disney obsession. Natalie Palamides shares that obsession, and also lives in California (she works there as an actor in Hollywood). Occasionally, they make a podcast together.

I love these two. The chemistry. The weird jokes. The love of Pizza Planet. I just there was at least like one episode quarterly?

You’re back! I almost unsubscribed the other day, thinking there was never going to be another episode, and then you magically reappeared in my downloads today! Yes I am a loser, but please keep making more content for me. I love it.

I just started this podcast, but it’s giving me major nostalgia because I was still a cast member when these episodes were recorded. It’s fun hearing other people’s perspective on the crazy stuff that was just everyday life at the time. Great show!

I love the show don’t get me wrong. Listening to the pizza planet episode and sorry Carrie. Men’s rights activists don’t believe that. I’m sad that you someone who does research and cares about learning would think that. Most of them if not all agree with you. All they want is for issues such as suicide being higher in men (because society tells them to hide there emotions), most domestic abuse shelters not taking in men (so if they are abused they have no where to go and yes men can be abused too) and other important gender issues that if feminist cared to read they would agree with. I love you guys but please if your a feminist please do your research before you stereotype a small movement of men who are also feminists who have been demonized by a small number of extreme feminists. This is coming from a person that agrees completely with equality of the sexes. Peace and love. Don’t spread hate. Have a nice day ❤️

As a "Disney person", I was excited about a podcast meant to cover some of the behind the scenes gossip and other things Disney doesn't really want you to know about. I've only listened to a few episodes but have not found anything to be particularly juicy or interesting, though I did like the talk with the former princess CM. Also things are centered more on DL than WDW (understandable given the hosts' location). Finally it feels like the hosts tend to get off track from the main message with inside jokes/laughing and can get a bit screechy. Sounds like great fun as friends, but not so much for a listener. I check new episode summaries for anything interesting, but otherwise is not a must listen for me.

I tried out this podcast because I love Carrie’s other podcast, Oh No Ross and Carrie. I’m not even a big Disney fan, but I’ve kept listening because it’s so funny and entertaining. Keep it up ladies!

When I first heard about this show I thought it was going to be going hardcore into some weird Disney conspiracies and that sounded really intruiging to me. It's not really that. They kind of go into the darker side of Disney sometimes, but I'm not at all disappointed. They hosts are really great and funny. Every time a new episode shows up in my queue, I can't help but smile and I always enjoy my time. Keep on the great podcasting and hard hitting Pizza Planet invesitgative journalism.

Absolutely obsessed with this podcast....as a current performer in “Frozen: Live at the Hyperion” in Disney’s California Adventure Park, a life-long Disney fan, and a feminist comedy/perversity enthusiast with an incurable potty mouth, this pod allows me to perfectly blend my dark and my Disney sides!

Love this podcast! I am a lukewarm Disney fan at best but I really enjoy listening to these smart, funny, snarky ladies. I’m sure everyone at the gym is wondering what I’m listening to when I burst out laughing in the middle of the track.

I listen to this podcast for Carrie Poppy alone. It’s a lot of interesting information and I love hearing how excited she is about Disney and learning about it. She sounds a lot like one of my close friends. 💜 Natalie’s voice is extremely annoying BUT I put up with it for Carrie. My favorite episodes were the ones with Ross from Oh No Ross & Carrie and the episode WITHOUT Natalie. Carrie, I have no idea how you can handle Natalie’s voice but I commend you for it, I know I couldn’t do it.

It's so cool to have a Disney podcast that's so out of the ordinary! A lot of the other ones on iTunes are family- or vacation-oriented, or too dry, or super problematic, and these two get it just right in my book. The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars are just sound issues (levels, mostly) here and there. But I'm super looking forward to more episodes!

If that is your thing, you will LOVE this show. Carrie is more adept at finding balance, but Natalie spent the entire first half of the episode I listened to griping and being “too cool” for Disney, which she states she loves. Not for me.

This podcast could be excellent but the co-hosts try a little too hard to be funny. It can be difficult to hear their voices at times and then it will suddenly be really loud. The information is really interesting but the hosts need to brush up on the differences between Disney World and Disneyland. In podcast 3, they repeatedly talked about Epcot in Disneyland as well as confusing what rides are in what parks at World.

Awesome chemistry between the hosts, a really fun and playful attitude, interesting topics, looking forward to more!

I love these two together. It's like a little Disney gem. So many things I didn't know about my favorite place.

I'm a listener of oh no Ross and Carrie and was interested to hear Carrie's new podcast. I'm not a huge Disney fan but the hosts have great chemistry and share some fascinating stories and myths. Definitely worth a listen.

I listened to a little over half of the first episode. The information is fascinating and worth listening to if you like Disney. But... Natalie's voice is extremely irritating and grating. I barely made it through half before I had to stop listening. She really shouldn't podcast. In short, if you can tolerate her voice, it's a decent podcast.

More than just a Disney podcast, Natalie and Carrie delve deep looking into the dark aspects of Disney and how Disney permeates culture. Off the cuff and funny!

I came for Carrie Poppy, stayed for the infectious vibe. This is a cool mix of behind-the-scenes info and outside research, super fun hosts, and perfect coolness content for that person who likes Disney but doesn't want to admit it. Weird sound-editing on the first ep--watch out if you're listening with headphones! You have to turn it way up to hear the voices, and then the transitional songs end up really loud.

I really enjoyed it but your voices are pretty quiet, I thought it was just my headphones until the music inbetween segments played! So just raise the volume on your voices and it'll be great!

Super glad to have discovered this podcast! You two are doing great! It's very interesting. I want more. Your voices are mixed pretty low and I had to crank up the volume to hear, but then that harp stinger is startlingly loud when you bracket segments. Record a little louder please. The content is all great and you two are a lot of fun though. Keep bringing the magic!

Hidden Mickeys is wonderful from the opening notes of the eerie whimsical music to the very last little hidden gem after the closing tune ( a cute bonus that I hope they recreate w/ different clips). If you enjoy smart women with quick wit covering the latest dish on the house of mouse, then diving into interviewing expereinced behind the scenes guests before romping on to the more quixotic tales of legend, lore and chisme from the Land we love, then Hidden Mickeys is going to be right up your alley. I consider myself an amature big D fan, and have indulged in youtube and podcast offerings on the subject before. This is easily the most engaging, entertaining and interesting take on the topic that I have run into yet. I am looking forward to hearing more!
