Welcome back friends! It is officially season 3 of the podcast and 1 year of doing the show! We are thrilled to be back with you. This month, this season actually, has been difficult. Honestly, Ive been hiding. Hurting is hard, depression sucks and I have to say it has been the default to curl up and hide away the last few weeks. With the help of my friends I'm finally realizing that it is ok to let others know that we are NOT ok! Asking for help is not my strong suit. I have decided to open up to my friends in an effort to feel better, and take some help! They have great suggestions that seem to be helping. Happy almost New Year! First lets wrap up whats been going on. Sam had a birthday and we did the Yule thing.  I got asked why the holiday feels like hell sometimes... We are going to  Bless and release that crap, for good. I mean it. No more dragging the stagnant or lack feelings with us. Fresh starts are upon us. Let's handle our business like the badass humans we are. I truly believe we can grow and learn from everything, why not try it? I too have been less than stoked to wake up and face the days lately....but I'm not staying there.
