Energy Centers are a part of the endocrine system. The endocrine system is a complex network of organs and glands. The endocrine system uses hormones to control your body's energy, metabolism, reproduction, growth and development, and response to stress, mood, injury and things of that nature.

Today I want to talk about the power of breath and how it relates to speaking and the power of the words we speak to frame our world.

We give ourselves these rules in the belief that we have to strive to earn what we so freely received the moment we by faith said Yes to Jesus.
