Hi, Frank Greally here. Welcome to my new podcast Heroes and Friends. This is my new series where I chat to people who may at one stage have been my hero and have since become my friend. I really look forward to sharing their stories and messages with you and hopefully you can draw some inspiration from them. Make sure to subscribe for a new episode every week.
