On the final episode of season 1 of HER Crowne podcast, we reflect on the first season of the podcast, from our favorite episodes, to the lessons learned, and what we have to look forward to in the future. On this week’s episode of HER Crowne, we continue our conversation with licensed professional counselor Ana Carolina Gomez discussing the importance of mental health, to include addressing our personal struggles with past experiences and traumas and normalizing mental wellness through seeking counseling and mental health treatment as needed.  Special thanks again to Ana Carolina Gomez for joining us for this conversation.
