This week I had the pleasure of sitting down and chatting with the incredible Liv, a 23 year old who has experiences multiple chronic illnesses in her life. Although life has thrown her some challenges Liv is such a ball of light and leans on her own experiences as she enters the world of becoming a medical professional and working as a paramedic.
