Here is Teppanyaki done correctly, well at least this is how Teppanyaki is cooked in Japan.&nbsp;
In Nihon, Teppanyaki is more of a luxurious meal instead of the family type of event we have at Benihana.&nbsp;
I like both styles but both experiences completely different from each other, It's interesting to see how Teppanyaki evolved in the states.
