Ali and Logan do this part time for fun? That’s wild to me because they consistently book A plus interviews with cast, interact with the community of their pod through trivia/discord chats, and give fresh opinions on not only the challenge but other shows/movies/subjects they’re interested in. They must have that time traveling watch to Hermione picked up at her 3rd year at Hogwarts to make time for all of that. Great pod sad to see them slowing down

Ali is truly a gem. Logan and Ali have the perfect mix and I really appreciate them finishing the season for their fans. I love their genuine connections to the Challengers as well as their followers. Ali‘s honesty is refreshing and Logan does a great job keeping his thoughts clear and easy for the listener to digest. Great dynamic and much love ❤️

Too much hatred and negativity

Sorry but I’m thankful they are calling it quits. They’re just so negative about the show anymore. Logan’s at least tolerable. If you don’t like the show then don’t do a podcast about it.

Ali, we get it, your team Jemmye and Amanda because they’re your “friends” but the mean girl commentary about Tori is getting kind of old and kind of “icky” as you like to say. I can practically hear your eyes rolling! Logan, you seem like a nice smart dude. It would be nice to hear you formulating your own opinion instead of parroting and agreeing with everything Ali has to say. I used to look forward to your podcasts, but not so much anymore. All your negativity makes it hard to enjoy.

10/10 best Challenge recap out there. Logan and Ali are fantastic hosts who make it feel like you’re just listening to your best friends. By far the best part is their ability to call out cultural and real world issues on the show without coming off like they’re preaching or virtue signaling. I literally learn and revisit how I think about things almost every episode.

5 star rating…. But both of you wrongly said it was a Backstreet Boys song - I Want You Back, is an N*SYNC song!!! Besides that, you guys do a great job reviewing The Challenge. Really enjoy listening and agree with most your opinions - keep up the good work : ) Nicole Wiz from Chicago

I started listening to Rotten Banana a long time ago and it was just something to pass the time. Once Ali and Logan got into their groove, this became one of the weekly podcasts I look forward to! I also love the OTH podcasts from another NC girl! Keep doing what you’re doing!

Logan and Allie are funny and smart, while also being respectful of one another and the cast members. They never take it too far when poking fun. There are obviously jokes to be made here or there but they keep it classy. They handle the hard stuff well and I really enjoy listening to them. They're a perfect podcast match. In the words of Luna Lovegood, “it was like being with a friend.” 💜

I’ve been listening to Ali + Logan for almost two years now, and I cannot say enough amazing things about them and their pod. I look forward to their recaps and killer challenger interviews during and outside of the regular season, but they also never disappoint with their non-challenge related content and pop culture knowledge. Seriously, this podcast is so fun and if you haven’t listened yet - you’re missing out because they’re incredible! Any day I listen to Hedrich Files is instantly made better by these two!

It’s A LOT about the hosts, way way less about an actual challenge recap. Also they name drop who they know from the challenge, like so much. But not bad- just wish the hosts could keep both their ego’s in check. but that’s life in 2021, every podcast host thinks they are the star. Love the rotten banana podcast , but I honestly didn’t get the whole this past final wasn’t diverse enough in your podcast . Out of the 8 people, four were black, one Asian-American , one Dominican, one Pakistani, and one white. How is that not diverse?

Never disappoints!

I’m happy to where I am in life married at 33 but there’s a lot of choices I’ve made growing up that I cringe about now, after listening to Front & Grace every Monday, I have Lucas Scott to blame.

Love the pod! Hosts have great interactions - I want to be fried a with Allie! However, I wanted to alert you that I had a HORRIBLE time finding it!!! I had heard of the Rotten Bananas podcast for months from other podcasts and when I repeatedly searched “rotten bananas” I COULD NOT FIND IT! I would suggest that you guys figure out if there is a way to get that and not just hedrich files to show up in search.

Just listened for the first time, love it! Keep up the good content.

Good but inconsistent with episodes....why recap only certain episodes and not all of them.... makes no sense! 3 stars for the inconsistency

Anyone else cry a little during the thanksgiving episode? You two are such awesome hosts and the way you admire each other so much is so beautiful. I’m thankful for not just you guys, but for the kind of people that you both are. We need more Logans and Allies in the world... This is an environment of welcoming and you can just get the hell out of here. ❤️

I am normally a Spotify listener, so I have never reviewed and decided it was finally time (please don’t shun me lol). I discovered this podcast when I started watching the challenge and none of my friends watched/ wanted to talk about it with me and I wanted to hear other people’s opinions about the show. I have listened for a couple of seasons now, and I have never been disappointed with a single podcast! Ali and Logan are super refreshing and do a great job of balancing review and real life talk and banter. There interviews are always amazing and interesting, and they are never afraid to keep it real. Some of the best podcasters out there, keep up the great work guys!

This is the only challenge podcast I will listen to. Ali and Logan have the best friendship and they really make you feel like you are there with them having these conversations. They are both extremely knowledgeable and are always throwing out fun facts and stats to back up points that they are making. If you enjoy the challenge on MTV you should really give this podcast a listen. You will not be disappointed.

I stumbled upon this podcast when I was searching for a good Challenge podcast and this one is by far my favorite! Logan and Ali are like listening to friends and offer great commentary and hold challengers accountable. I also love that they fill the off-season with podcasts about some of my favorite things like Harry Potter and Hamilton. It also doesn’t hurt that Ali sounds like Mila Kunis!

I listen to a lot of podcasts—several of which are Challenge pods—& this one is easily my favorite! Ali & Logan have such great chemistry & as a listener I feel like I’m with friends. Their commentary is intelligent, fair, funny, shady when needed, and I can always count on them to keep it 100! Always look forward to hearing them. Thx Ali & Logan!

This is one of my favorite podcasts. I found it through The Challenge, but I enjoy all the podcasts even on Survivor (which I don’t watch). Thanks to Ali I discovered OTH, so I will forever be in her debt.

This podcast is so good that I binged every rotten banana podcast they have ever made. Best hands down. As a fellow North Carolinian and major fan, Ali is hilarious and incredibly relatable. Logan and Ali (and Maria) do a great job at recapping the episodes as well as the major tea in the off season and cast interviews.

This is easily the best podcast I’ve ever had the pleasure of listening to! During quarantine I have listened to every single one of the Rotten Bananas and Rotten Coconuts episodes. Logan and Ali always make it seem like you’re listening to a conversation with 2 of your close friends. Their content is genuine, interesting, and scintillating. I absolutely love how they are able to dive into the character people play on the show, but never bash their personal lives. However, they still hold players accountable for their actions and things they say while on the show. When they interview players, they aren’t afraid to criticize them, but do it in a very respectable manner without ever offending any of their guests. The Rotten Coconuts episodes are amazing as well, and Hunter and Logan have me laughing so hard I’m crying. This podcast really does have it all, and I honestly look forward to every new episode!

I can’t believe it took me this long to write a review but here we are! This is my number one Challenge pod. Logan and Ali keep it 100 at all times and it is most appreciated. The chemistry between them makes it so smooth and easy to listen to, and it always sounds like they are in the same room instead of on different coasts! My girl Ali holds people accountable in the best way. The off-season Harry Potter pods were also a dream. Also wouldn’t be mad if Maria with the bun popped in every now and again! Additionally just started watching survivor for the first time from the beginning so once I get caught up 100 years from now I’m excited to go back and listen to Hunter and Logan’s takes on that. Still waiting on a One Tree Hill recap, I have faith in you Ali :) Lastly, wouldn’t be mad if some “points from the key” pods snuck back into the feed. Thanks for all the amazing content!

Love the podcast.

This podcast is anything but rotten. In fact, once you peel the banana, there’s so much more than any other Challenge Podcast offers. They interview challengers in an unbiased lens, but still don’t hold back when they feel strongly about something. When an issue needs to be discussed, it’s discussed to the fullest with no hesitation. The chemistry between the two hosts (Logan and Ali) is also unmatched. They laugh, cry, and get angry together when the situation calls for it. Their personalities rip through the microphones and make it feel like you’re with friends just chatting about The Challenge. Sometimes five stars just isn’t enough!

Wow. I look forward more to listening to this podcast than the actual Challenge episodes and it's all due to Ali and Logan. Their friendship and respect for each other make this podcast even more fun. They provide interesting, honest insight and opinions about the cast and show as a whole that I have yet to hear from any other podcast. Normally I'm annoyed when pods go off topic but I don't mind at all here - I love listening to this duo so much that I might start watching Survivor just to have more Ali and Logan time. Comforting, relatable, and funny. If I could give more than five stars I would. Awesome job!

I listen to every challenge podcast there is, but there is not one that I look forward to the same way I look forward to Rotten Bananas. They’re generally pretty fair in their assessment of cast members’ actions (even when their opinions differ from my own), and they can objectively talk about cast members’ performances despite their personal biases. Ali and Logan have amazing chemistry and best of all, they got me into Harry Potter for the first time 😉

Far and away the most entertaining Challenge podcast. It’s thoughtful, interesting, and funny! Nice to hear smart people talk about The Challenge.

I’ve tried all the Challenge podcasts, but this one is my favorite and, in my opinion, the best. The chemistry between Logan and Ali is great. The hosts are intelligent, funny, witty, and most importantly, genuine. Their commentary is smart, entertaining, and insightful. What I really appreciate is their ability to address controversial issues openly and head on, without fear of “upsetting” cast members—and the best part is that they don’t change tune when interviewing them. The realness is refreshing and keeps me coming back week after week! Logan and Ali deserve a bigger platform and a lot more love. Looking forward to receiving my merch to rep the pod!
