We must remember that it is through connection, understanding, and empathy towards others and most importantly ourselves, can we truly find ourselves again.

My guest is Anna Cassedy O'Neill, author of the book, The Sure Song of Here, a collection of poems that gave her the opportunity for deeper introspection and rebirth of herself to which she invites us to do the same. She’ll sit down with me to share with us her personal journeys towards self-discovery and how her position as a poet and dreamer allowed her to view and understand human life through a different lens.
