Her expertise also helped her co-found and manage Kalei Ventures, which invests in early-stage technology start-up companies based in Latin America.Rebeca completed her BS, MEng, Chemical Engineering, Civil and Environmental Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and her Ph.D. from Stanford University. She is a professor in the Thunderbird School of Global Management and senior director for Thunderbird's Center for Global Entrepreneurship and Family Business.Fisayo:Olufisayo Abiodun is a second-year MBA candidate at the W. P. Carey School of Business. After landing a fully-funded scholarship to study for her program in the United States, she started a YouTube channel where she documents her life as an international student navigating life abroad and shares tips for prospective students to secure full scholarships as well, knowing the challenges many face in the application process.Prior to getting her MBA, she worked full time with PwC as a consultant and doubled as Creative Director of her fashion business; Gracie Abby. During her time at PwC, she gained distinct technical and relational skills having participated in, and managed several tax consulting engagements for 5 years. Fisayo believes that there is purpose in her creativity and so she makes daily efforts to improve herself whilst being a valuable member of her community.Tallinn:Tallinn is a graduating senior from the Barrett, The Honor’s College at Arizona State University and will be continuing his education next year to earn a masters in global management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. At only 21 years old he is already an inventor, entrepreneur, engineer, and a tenacious problem solver. Driven by an intense desire to add value and empower others, he championed his first major entrepreneurial endeavor in college to create a handicapable wetsuit for paraplegic scuba divers.
