In this episode Dede Oetomo talks about Queer Narratives in Indonesia.
Dede Oetomo is a scholar, educator and activist, who has been doing research, education, and advocacy in the fields of language and society, HIV, AIDs, and sexuality.
He pursued postgraduate studies on Linguistics and South East Asian Studies at Cornell University in New York.
Dede is also the co-founder of the Indonesian LGBTQ group Gaya Nusantara, an Ashoka Fellow and was a recipient of the Felipa de Souza Award.
