Prof. Israel is a Senior Lecturer at the Dept of International Studies in Miriam College.
She has an MA in Philippines Studies from the Asian Center, University of the Philippines, where she is also finishing her PhD on Philippine Studies &amp; Foreign Relations.
 
Professor Israel is also a member and former president of Kasibulan Women’s Art Group.
