In fact, our mental health shapes our physical health and can manifest as physical symptoms. If you or a loved one is struggling, know that you are not alone and that there is a LIFE WITH ANXIETY. Its a myth that you can just overcome it and live without it; instead, you must learn to live with it and detach yourself emotionally from it. My hopes in sharing my story are that it will inspire others to be honest with how they're really feeling (it's ok to feel shitty!) and to be an avenue of support for those needing a safe space to chat.
