Every sale is the same. Although every person, every prospect is different, they have different needs, different ways of doing things, different objections. The statement remains true… , every sale is ultimately the same. The process is always the same. Its ALWAYS predictable. AND there is POWER in knowing that.
Lets take a step back for a moment and define what sales actually is. I think a lot of you clinicians are going to appreciate this…
Sales at the highest level is about one thing. The transference of emotion. The primary emotion that we as sales professionals are responsible for transferring is CERTAINTY.
