In this episode of Healing Every S.O.U.L Podcast, we're unpacking the process of learning patience, not just as something we try to have, but as a fruit that God is developing in us through real life.
I really sat with the scripture, “Let patience have its perfect work, so that you may be complete, lacking nothing,” and unpacked what that looks like in the seasons that stretch us. Because truthfully, patience is built in the waiting, in the delays, and in the moments that require us to endure; it's in those very moments that God is building something in us that isn't easily shaken.
God uses different situations, different seasons, and even people to grow this in us. So what feels uncomfortable or frustrating may actually be where He’s doing His deepest work.
This episode is a reminder that it’s not just about waiting, it’s about what God is producing in you while you wait. The next time you find yourself getting frustrated during the process, let patience have it's perfect work in you!

In this powerful and heartfelt conversation, I’m joined by my pastor and spiritual father, Apostle Desmond Wiggins, as we unpack what it truly means to be grounded and fortified in the love of God.
We dive deep into the fruit of love and why God must be the foundation of how we love. When love is built on emotions, expectations, or experiences, it can easily fluctuate. When the love of God is your anchor, you do not have to operate from pain when people mishandle you. Disappointments happen, mishaps are inevitable, but when God is the foundation, love becomes steady. It becomes anchored. It becomes transformative.
For as long as I have known Apostle Desmond and sat under his leadership, I have witnessed him embody the fruit of love in a way that is consistent, mature, and rooted in Christ. This conversation is not just theology, it is lived experience.
If you’ve ever struggled with loving through hurt, loving beyond emotions, or remaining grounded when things feel unstable, this episode will encourage you to examine your foundation and invite God to fortify your heart.

In this deeply personal episode, I share how the love of God has shown up for me throughout different seasons of my life. In my brokenness, in my immaturity, in my growth, and in my becoming, His love has remained constant. As I have matured in my faith, I have come to understand that gratitude is more than words. It is surrender.
This conversation reflects on the kind of love that rescues, covers, corrects, and calls you higher. The kind of love that transforms your identity and gives you purpose. When you truly recognize that you have been saved, protected, and pursued by God, your response cannot remain passive. It becomes a heartfelt yes. It becomes obedience. It becomes a life laid down in gratitude.
This episode is an invitation to reflect on how God’s love has intervened in your own story and to consider what it means to respond fully. Not just with emotion, but with devotion.

In this episode of Healing Every S.O.U.L, we’re talking about self control through one simple but life changing question what’s leading you. So many of us are being driven by emotions, past wounds, fear, or desire, and we don’t even realize it until we look up and don’t recognize where we are. Emotions are real and they matter, but they were never meant to be our leader.
We’ll look at Jesus in the Garden of Gethsemane and how He chose to yield even in deep anguish, and we’ll also reflect on David and how one moment of being led by desire created layers of consequence. Same humanity, different leadership.
Whether you’re walking with God or still figuring things out, this conversation is for you. We’ll talk about the power of the pause, the freedom found in being led instead of driven, and the hope that you are not broken because you struggle. There is healing in realizing you don’t have to live at the mercy of impulse anymore.
This episode is an invitation to slow down, reflect, and ask yourself who is really leading me. And what could change if I allowed something greater than my emotions to guide me.

As we close out this year, this episode is a heartfelt encouragement to keep pressing forward, even when the journey has been marked by tears, loss, or waiting. God reminds us in His Word that those who sow in tears will reap in joy, and this promise is not conditional on how perfect our path has been, but on our willingness to trust Him through it all. In this episode, we talk about releasing the weight of the past, refusing to stay stuck in old seasons, and choosing to move forward even when the past tries to keep you bound. If you’ve been tempted to look back instead of forward, this message is an invitation to lift your eyes, trust God’s timing, and move boldly into all that He has prepared for you. Joy is coming, and your ability to push forward for what God has for your life, matters more than you know.

In this episode, we’re talking about the Fruit of the Spirit: Joy, the kind that doesn’t depend on how life looks, but on who God is. With the holiday season bringing all kinds of emotions, and the end of the year also causing some people to reflect, I wanted to be real about what I've learned about the real meaning of joy. Joy isn’t a feeling we wait for; it’s a posture we take. It’s the ability to say, “God is still good,” even when the season feels heavy.
I also open up about how I've learned to stop looking for joy in temporary outlets and to find it in my relationship with God, the only place where joy is steady and secure. If you’re trying to navigate mixed emotions or searching for a deeper sense of joy, this episode will speak to your heart.

This month on Healing Every Soul, we’re leaning into kindness not just as something we do, but as something we inherit, cultivate, and carry. In this special episode, I sit down with the two people who first taught me what compassion looks like in real time: my parents.
Together, we revisit the home I grew up in; the one that always felt full, where someone was always being fed, encouraged, prayed for, or welcomed in. We talk about the values that shaped our family, the different worlds my parents came from, and how God used their marriage to teach them (and many others) about patience, forgiveness, and generosity.
This conversation opens a window into where my heart for people began, how kindness was lived out in our home, and why it still matters so deeply to me today. It’s a moment of revising where I came from, a tribute to the hands and hearts that raised me, and a reminder that the fruit we carry often starts with the seeds someone else planted long before we even knew it.
Let’s journey together, let’s thrive, let’s heal.

We’re kicking off Season 3 with a powerful and timely conversation on the fruit of kindness. Not the surface-level kind that’s easy when everything feels good, but the kind that challenges our hearts when we’ve been hurt, misunderstood, or disappointed.
In this episode, I’m diving deep into what it really means to walk in kindness in the times we’re living in. So many people are carrying silent pain, disappointments, and frustrations, and it’s easy to respond out of that hurt. But as believers, we’re called to something higher, a higher standard, to show compassion, to extend grace, and to forgive even when it doesn’t feel fair.
We talk about the tension between kindness and forgiveness, how they go hand in hand, and what it looks like to reflect Christ’s heart when you’d rather protect your own. I share moments of personal reflection, the lessons God has been teaching me, and the truth that choosing kindness doesn’t make you weak… it makes you more like Him.
This episode is honest, real, and rooted in the Word. My hope is that as you listen, you’ll be encouraged to keep choosing kindness, even when it hurts and be reminded that God sees your heart, heals your wounds, and honors your obedience in the process.
Let’s journey together, let’s thrive, let’s heal.

In this episode, The Truth About Vulnerability: Unmasking Yourself, I share my heart on something we don’t talk about enough, something that a lot of people aren't taught, and that's what it means to be vulnerable.
For so long, many of us have been taught to “be strong,” to hold it all together, and to hide the parts of us that feel weak or broken. But what I’ve learned is that true strength begins with being vulnerable before God. When we bring Him our flaws, our failures, our past traumas, and the things we’d rather keep hidden, that’s when He can begin to heal us from the inside out.
After learning to be vulnerable with God first, it becomes easier to be open with the people He places in our lives, those trusted voices, and safe spaces that help us walk out the journey of healing.
In this episode, I open up about my own process of learning how to unmask myself, to stop hiding behind strength, and to discover the beauty and freedom that come with surrender.
Vulnerability isn’t weakness. Vulnerability is the doorway to healing, to deeper connection, and to letting God’s power work where we’ve been covering up.
Tune into this episode, I pray while listening whatever God intends for you to receive from this episode, resonates within! If this message touches you, I’d love for you to like, share, and subscribe so more people can be encouraged to walk in the freedom of vulnerability.
Let’s journey together, let’s thrive, let’s heal.

In this episode of Healing Every S.O.U.L Podcast, I speak from a place I don’t often share, the middle of the process. Not the breakthrough, not the testimony, but the in-between. It’s the space where God is still working on me, stretching me, and reminding me that His faithfulness never fails—even when mine feels fragile.
This isn’t a story of what I’ve overcome, but a glimpse into what I’m currently walking through. I open up about the quiet battles, the pressure to stay silent, and the weight of saying “yes” to God when it costs something. As someone who desires to live a life full of the fruit of the Spirit, I’m learning what it truly means to be faithful in every season— even when there’s real things at work to try to cause you to be otherwise.
If you’ve ever wrestled with the weight of your calling, yet still had to show up or felt silenced while trying to speak, this episode is for you. Because when God calls you, the call is so much bigger than you; it’s about who God will allow to glean from what you’ve walked through.
Remember, what you’ve overcome can be the entry point for someone else’s salvation.
