I choose to heal not deal, hopefully my healing process may help someone who may have thought they were alone. I will chronicle traumatic instances where I felt there situation left a heavy mental note. Which I’m some since hindered me, emotionally and sometimes physically. This is just an outlet perhaps a bit of sharing, maybe even over sharing. This podcast will cover my depression, where it stems from, how I combat my depression. My wins and losses. Monthly melt downs and more. From my police record, being violated mentally and physically by church folk and my life from home, school and homeschool. Meanwhile as of 2022, coming to the realization I may be on the (autism) spectrum. My coping mechanisms and managing to function only through my belief that God has a greater purpose than my own. Every day it’s a struggle one way or another. The key is never ever giving your demons the satisfaction of defeat. We all have a designated purpose and the quicker we fall into place the better for our life sake.
Episode 3 - protect yourself mentally
In this episode I attempt to adequately explain how fortifying the mind, body and finances are detrimental to self. This season is focused on healing instead of just dealing or allowing unwarranted situations to reflect the mindset of perseverance. Emotions can seem hard to control, however protecting self from any negative energy being projected, which allows influence if not careful-

Episode 2 - lonely or not here I come, you can’t hide
Ever just felt alone and always needing people around? You’re not alone, trust me on this. I’ve been praying & practicing how to be mentally content with being alone. Whenever my mind starts to wonder, I’ve noticed a pattern. Bad thoughts, guilt trips and feeling self doubt. Feeling unworthy or something. Not any more, I choose to change my mindset and redirect the energy into something useful.
