Being open to your emotions is hard but necessary to living in alignment. ALL emotions, even negative, guide you to your best self. Instead of living in fear, suppressing, or hiding your emotions, feeling them will open the door to creativity and intuition. And YES, emotion for all genders and ages because emotion is part of being HUMAN.
