She served the local church in the helps ministry until 1988 when she felt called into the full time ministry beside her husband, that was the birth of  “Praise Ministries Int’l” (PMI) Their ministry has included opportunities as Evangelist, Youth Pastors, Missionaries, and Lead Pastors, and she is currently a Certified Christian Counselor in the state of Oklahoma.  Shonda ministers in Women’s Conferences and retreats around the world. The Great commission to “go into all the world” has become a major part of her life. Over the past 34 years, she has ministered in 21 different countries to literally thousands of people. Africa, North America and South America have become the heart of her outreaches.
