Please please please! I miss this podcast so dang much. I freaking love Lauren Lapkus! I’m a long time fan but never in a million years did I think I’d be this devastated for a podcast to end as I was this one. So immersive as another listener stated so perfectly! I, too, love to listen at night in bed with headphones or in the car driving (at night haha) it’s so creepy it’ll have you scanning your room or back seat/rearview mirror for “entities” LOL I’m joking but also I’m not… just listen for yourself. True stories told by the experiencers and hosted by the silliest girl ever and so well written, you’ll forget you’re not there with them. Please come back soon or at least give us a time frame if and when you’ll be coming back? Miss you so much!

I love true ghost story podcasts narrated with ambient music and sound effects in the background. When it’s well done it makes it extremely immersive and just makes the story that much more creepy, especially listening alone at night in bed with headphones. I’ve only come across a couple that do this well enough to keep you coming back for more and this is one of the few with such great sound quality. I didn’t like the host and that whole concept at first but she’s one me over with sheer ridiculousness (possessed coffee pot yelling drink me drink me? 🤣). Keep up the great work and please hurry and make more episodes!!

Entertaining unserious and takes the spooky edge off when it’s a little scary! Pleaseeee come back I finish all episodes in a week!

Please come back!!! I LOVE THIS PODCAST! Some of the stories I can explain away, but SOME of them raise the hair on my arms and send chills down my spine! Terrifying! And makes me truly wonder! Then Lauren comes in with her silly irreverent bits, and calms me back down. Such a great podcast with great balance. Can’t wait for more episodes!

We need season 2 as soon as possible!!

This has become my favorite podcast. I find myself waiting in patiently every week for a new episode to drop, and I almost cried like a baby at the end of the season when I realized there wouldn’t be any more new episodes for a while. The show is so fun so playful and I love the stories And I absolutely love Teresa. Can’t wait for season two.

Laur-Lap is fantastic as usual! This is a great commentary on how dumb everything is. And the best way to deal with it? More dumbness.

Love the pod but could do without the silly sidekick guy.

Absolutely freaked me out. Had to listen three times. Still can’t get over it… 😱

The juxtaposition between the playful, thankfully short banter and the macabre, creepy stories is great. It’s the bite sized bit that I don’t mind listening to, because it’s not a 5min prelude that I skip through before every story. I do wish there were more early episodes to listen to, so that I’d feel more inclined to pay for it. And I will pay for it. It’s perfect the way that it is. Don’t change anything. Keep getting creepy stories told by people that I haven’t heard everywhere else. *Also, this is better than RR. This is how RR used to be. I do wish the episodes were longer, maybe another story, but this is leagues better than RR is currently. Terry is unfathomably less funny and less interesting than what this has going on.

Spooky mixed with a little humor so as to not leaving you questioning if you’re now seeing the things the people in the story told.

I just started listening to this podcast but I think it is perfect thing to listen to during spooky season.I just love the beginning it is so fun.

The stories are not very scary and kind of lame with abrupt endings. The host isn’t funny and its pretty obvious they’re ripping of radio rental and they’re a much better podcast. Maybe next season will be better? Idk. Not for me.

A perfect balance of a cool character hosting stories told by ordinary people. A new favorite with an interesting perspective. If you like “Radio Rental” you are guaranteed to love this!

They literally copy and pasted the Terry Carnation character from Radio Rental and made this not quite as funny female counterpart. The “joke” about JonBenet Ramseys manager was so inappropriate and jarring. Literally have never even had one tiny chuckle from anything she says. I fast forward to the real person telling the story.

That story about the screaming woman in the Spain forest was definitely a mountain lion. Even if not seen they are definitely heard. Their screech is mistakenly called that of a scorned woman. For the scream to sound the same each time and the dogs to be tense, is confirmation that it may not have been exactly paranormal. Mountain lions are also known to do most of their screaming at night.

I’m all about the supernatural, love all things scary, spooky and occult related. However…this is basically a collection of ppl telling stories that MIGHT be mildly entertaining with cheesy dramatic recreations (I.e. A Haunting) but when it’s strictly audio it’s as entertaining as when you bite the inside of your lip. Didn’t care for the hostess or the silly schtick characters. Gave several episodes a try, on to the next…

I love haunting stories and it’s hard to find some good ones. This is perfect! Not too long. I have been thinking of sharing some experiences myself. Keep on keeping on!

This show is very well produced! I love the stories and they actually really creep me out. Love the character and Lauren!

It took me a minute to get on board with the host character (the “producer” is hilarious and might be my favorite), but once you lean in, it’s a fun premise and great vehicle to receiving A+ ghost stories! Love the first person accounts and deliveries…my only negative is the ear piercing first couple of tones on the intro music. Like it’s painful, and really jarring/ hard to digest when listening in succession. Take it down a couple of notes and the pod is on its way to being up there with Radio Rental!!

The first story in episode 3 where the bartender over-explained and overreacted to normal scenarios, then thought she saw a ghost (with no further detail/resolution) is so stupid that I immediately give up on this podcast. If that's the caliber of stories for this new series, I don't have high hopes for the rest. Bummer.

I’m so glad I stumbled upon this new podcast! I am a long time listener of Radio Rental and really enjoy hearing these spooky stories from the people that actually experienced it! The scarier spookier the better! Keep them coming! Fingers crossed there will be many many more episodes to come!!! ☠️

Fresh perspective on the genre. Stories are relatable, vignettes are funny and do not feel forced. Worth the time to stop and listen.

Lauren is awesome in everything she does!

Or what is left of it for those who believe this nonsense. Take it from a mental health professional, people who believe this are suffering from mental health issues.

Very fun and promising podcast! Can’t wait for more. I love the first person stories and the additional voices from family members to add credibility to the scares. Just when it seems like it’s getting too spooky, Lauren’s fun interstitials bring it back to the light!

Kind of genius to combine real ghost stories with a host ( I assume ) is not a real ghost. I have a new favorite podcast!
