In April of 2001 a small neighborhood in Scottsdale, Arizona is awoken  by an earth-shaking explosion. A house has exploded and people run to  their garden hoses to contain the fire until first responders can  arrive. Inside awaited a scene many investigators were not expecting,  and a 21-year-long manhunt began and continues to this day.
