I just discovered Haunted Happenstance and I am hooked! Jennifer’s story is easy to listen to and so engaging. A huge fan of a New England spooky season and history, I plan to binge all the episodes!

Entertaining!

This podcast always makes me excited for fall and spooky season. I listen to these on repeat as I do things and it’s just so soothing with the narrator’s voice and the music. As a new Englander, I love the nod to all things New England- we really are in the best place in the country for fall and halloween! The stories are fun and entertaining. Even my cat loves it and falls asleep to it.

I recently discovered Haunted Happenstance and I adore it! It’s such a well-written podcast that I’ve put aside all my other regular shows to catch up on the story. I would highly recommend if you like cozy but creepy stories.

Haunted Happenstance is my favorite podcast to listen to. The lofts are a spooky place and I absolutely enjoy listening to the hauntings that take place. Now, we have moved to the woods and I am enjoying the new scenery. We are meeting some new people and I just can’t decide if a spooky cabin in the woods is scary or just the place needed for an escape from reality.

This is truly one of my favorite podcasts! The characters are all unique and interesting, the storylines are well written and compelling and it offers the perfect level of spookiness!

Soothing narrators voice, amazing stories and an amazing online community are what make this podcast the cream of the crop. Jennifer gives us amazing stories and is an inspiration to her fans. If you like Ghost in the Burbs, this is a great companion podcast.

Edit: I’m all caught up on Season 2 and this is one of my go-to spooky pods! I love how the stories incorporate current events, without over-focusing on them. I enjoy the shift of the story to the mountains in NH. The storytelling, as always, is suspenseful, character-driven, and engaging. Still 5 stars for me! ————— I’m up to Episode 15 and am really enjoying the twists and turns of life in the lofts. Jennifer weaves together the threads of each tale and each experience carefully, building suspense along the way. She knows just when to pause and shift to a different perspective, creating a hook that leaves me eager for the next tale. This one’s a keeper!!!

This podcast has interesting characters and storylines that twist, turn, and come together with just the right level of spookiness.

Hunted Happenstance is clever, spooky, entertaining and most of all sooo very binge worthy! I have listened to everything twice! All the characters are unique and the story just eats at your curiosity! Love it!

A great podcast with continued spooky tales. The stories are fun and the narration is so intriguing and relaxing. The perfect afternoon ghostly tales.

The stories are ok but the host jumps around way too much. There are a lot of different characters and each episode follows various characters around through their day. I have no problem with that, but the host is obsessed with leaving each character at a cliffhanger, then she moves on to the next character and does the same thing. It’s super annoying and by the time we get back to someone’s story I’ve forgotten where we left off. Just finish the d*** story you’re telling before moving on. Having 80 different cliffhangers in a single episode is just confusing. It’s not good writing and it’s not fun for anyone.

Very enjoyable podcast. So well written and different than most. You won’t be disappointed!!!

The stories are well thought out but there are a lot of just awkward and mildly inappropriate words...I don’t mean anything explicit or offensive, but more like the author doesn’t understand the meaning of certain words and how they are used. For example, in one episode she says that she had a “humble smirk.” Phrases like that don’t even make sense. I overlooked things like this in season 1 because I was enjoying the story but now it’s starting to grate.

I just finished Season 1. I love the Lofts and the inhabitants including all the furry ones. I look forward to listening every night as I work to catch up. Excellent work and see you at the Lofts.

Providing effective horror over podcasting is not an easy task. Haunted Happenstance not only accomplishes this but also does so with excellent storytelling and tone. I really love this story line! I binge listened until I have finally finished them all. I love every character and I was always awaiting to see what happens next! I am sad that I have finished and I am not hearing anymore stories from the lofts but the short stories are cute. I can listen to them every day.

This podcast. I want to like it, but it moves SO SLOWLY. As in, it takes 10 minutes to brutally describe every detail of a character walking inside. That, combined with the hosts monotone, languid speech pattern , means I never make it through an entire episode. I wanted to like it because the content really is good, but it just doesn’t hold my attention

I debated dropping the rating a star or two, but I just couldn’t. This story is awesome and totally draws you in. The only thing is that every once in a while, there’s a syntactical or semantic error that pops me out of the story. Words or common phrases are sometimes used incorrectly, or you can tell the story was typed up with a word off by one letter without correction between creation and production. Usually I can’t handle a story when that happen more than a handful of times, so that tells you how engaging this story is. Jennifer draws me in and keeps me coming back. I crave these stories, and I find myself thinking of the characters as my friends. It’s easy to picture them going about the described actions. I have been listening nonstop since I stumbled upon this podcast a few days ago, and I’m nearly caught up now. I can say I will keep coming back as long as episodes are being put out, and I will recommend this podcast to others (with my little disclaimer).

I love this podcast. Jennifer's storytelling is great and I love all her characters. Season 1 was amazing and Season 2 is just as good, if not better, so far!

I love this podcast. It isn’t your typical podcast. You really get a feel of the lofts and it’s residents through the episodes. I’ve really enjoyed the progression of each story line as the episodes go by. Her voice is easy to listen to as well!

I love this podcast! It’s one of my favorites. I love how the stories intertwine in such interesting ways with common elements providing links in the chain. The writing is very well done, leaving you to wonder where the story will go next.

I love the tone created in this podcast! It’s creepy and mysterious but not too dark. It’s clear she puts a lot of work into creating high-quality episodes that keep you hooked from the beginning!

I cannot say enough good things about this podcast and the host herself. The podcast is just what I need to feed my creepy side, and jennifer is one of the sweetest people I’ve ever known. Anyone who says differently does not know her! This podcast is a must listen, you will not regret it.

If you love spooky podcasts this is definitely the one for you! I definitely binged all the episodes when I found it.i can’t wit for season 2! It’s one of my favorites I also enjoy being in the group on Facebook those post always make me happy and Jennifer is always so supportive of her group and she is sooo NICE!!!! I stumbled onto this show last week, following an uncharted path that we know as “degrees of separation”. Since then I haven’t stopped listening. This story grabbed onto me and will NOT let go! The depth of plot is immense, full of twists and sharp turns, and the characters are charming. The host, Jennifer, has such a soft, timid voice it’s impossible to turn off. I look forward to more great adventure at “the Lofts”.

This is so good, I can’t stop listening and re-listening. And her voice is so soothing! It’s the perfect podcast for an after work relax session.

I always listen to let’s not meet every Sunday. I also listen to them when I’m on deliveries at work. However I went on a mini road trip and ran out of episodes and heard about this podcast from him. I have not stopped listening. It’s been a week. I listened to it on my way home of my mini road trip. I’ve been meaning to write a review all week. Just so busy. However this podcast is amazing. I’ve been wanting some creepy stories to listen to and this one keeps you going. I lose track sometimes on what is happening but I always figure it out. Not a fan of the bonus episodes but I’m so late that I really don’t worry because I have so many stories to catch up on so I skip those. But I just heard a bobs burgers reference. And. That just solidified my reason to write this comment and let everyone know just how truly great this podcast is! I’m waiting for a child I nanny to get out of soccer while writing this. But I listen anytime I’m on my car or even in the shower. I have barely listened to any music which is wild for me! So thanks for such a great podcast! I enjoy these creepy loft stories I love the ghost. I’ve had a few paranormal experiences In my life and it’s cool to kinda hear some similar things going on! The narrators voice is so calming and has me fully invested!
