Today I spoke to Dan Tase, who after living for a while in London and Berlin, settled in Stockholm where he founded a des ign studio that is small by design. Dan walks us through the challenges of having your own company while trying to stay hands on in their projects, his perspective on how companies fail to innovate when they are at a certain scale, and his vision on how new technologies will affect the work of small studios like his.

With quite a unique background in neuroscience, Natalia Filvarova works as a User Researcher at Google, helping identifying whether the people behind the screen are who they say they are, and that their privacy is protected.
