Our bodies are built to only be stressed when something is life or death, to be relaxed most of the time and to get great sleep every night. BUT the toxins we’re exposing ourselves to day after day negatively impact those things. Most of us have A LOT of toxins in our bedrooms, where we’re (hopefully) spending 7-9 hours of our day.
