Ellevest is Awful
There is an episode of this podcast that recommends Ellevest. Do not take the advice. It was decent when they had checking and savings accounts available, but their investment options only ever lost money the past three years and their customer service is t.e.r.r.i.b.l.e. You’re better off just lighting your money on fire. I honestly feel swindled. Decent podcast other than that, but wow you messed with my money.

Didn't know I needed this podcast!
Thank you to the Hannah‘s for creating this podcast and allowing me to feel a part of a community even if it is just me alone in my car listening to you two. It’s equal parts funny, educational, introspective, genuine, and joyful. It sounds silly but I’ve never related more to a podcast and the hosts than I do with Hannah and Hannah. From Hannah Hart not being able to stand water dripping down her elbows when she washes her face in the sink, to Hannah Gelb taking too much of a weed and panicking. Thank you for being vulnerable while speaking open and honestly about mental health and just life in general. PS. If you haven’t listened to the Conference of Hannah episode, please do, it’s so good.

Conference of Hannahs
Hannah Gelb, thank you thank you thank you for your vulnerability with this last episode. You made me feel like I’m not crazy (despite multiple mental diagnoses) and not alone with this inner turmoil. I resonated so strongly with your struggle this episode, from the debate on quitting your job to mean angry Hannah and the imposter-ish feelings you verbalized. Even if you feel like the conference didn’t reach a clear conclusion, know that by sharing this moment of vulnerability you have definitely made a positive impact.

Conference room
Hannah Gelb, I got rejected from a job today as I’m trying to leave my job that’s grinding me into the dust. Hearing this conference room episode is just about the only thing that could make me feel so seen and understood. Did you know this is a form of drama therapy? You just ran your own drama therapy session and nailed it! Thank you for your vulnerability. I think I’m a more empathetic person having listened to you. Thank you thank you thank you. Good vibes in your journey and please send me some good vibes on mine. All the best, the very best.

Hannahs!!!
This show has so much Hart! And heart! I love it so much. Both Hart and Gelb are delightful and I love their openness when exploring the very personal topics they discuss. ❤️

Great Personalities
I really like the personalities on this show. Sound like really good people. I’m a new listener and enjoy science, current events and stimulating convo. I learn something new whenever I listen to this podcast. Helped me to understand how the US can defund the police. You’ve gained a new listen!!

More Hannahs the Better!
So easy and fun to listen to (and the excellent sound quality helps!), both Hannahs are super well-spoken and have great things to say. Somehow topics that sound unrelated are brought together in fun and powerful ways (ie. PETA to 2 Sleeps). I look forward to more of their refreshing thoughts and interviews!

Conversation of my commute
This is such a lighthearted podcast. There’s something about sitting down and listening to these two old friends laugh and cry and listen. It’s like getting a dose of happy before I go into work. ps — when Gelby goes on a Sailor Moon rant, I get so 90s-kid-happy.

Silly and meaningful
Hannah + Hannah’s friendship makes me happy. Just listened to the story about GRYFFINDOR and it made me LOL hard. Great combination of serious and funny in a hard time (pandemic craziness).

Thank you!
The latest episode on the current BLM movement was refreshing, because it was clear and informative and not just a collection of the most popular Instagram posts and hashtags. Thank you both for providing information as well as hope - as a white American I felt the same way initially (that there is no way to fix it) but I will now look to the experts for guidance on how i can continue to help. Best wishes, Sarah

Saving Me
My job is hard. And I realized soon after starting that I was more of an empath than I even imagined (plus bipolar disorder, depression, and a pandemic buuuuut we won’t talk about that 😂) and I listen to your show on my way home. It helps me remember that I’m not failing, I SHOULD take care of myself, and that I am definitely worth cutting myself some slack. Keep talking at me, I’ll listen any day.

My favorite palate cleanser!
I absolutely love listening to the Hannah’s talk about literally anything, but what I love most of all is that it’s my favorite palate cleanser. I listen to a lot of true crime podcasts at work and every now and then I need something light, funny, informative, and this is IT. Also I love Hannah Hart (Camp Takoma! Dirty 30! My Drunk Kitchen!) Thank you a million times for this podcast! A loyal Earbud- Roxanne.

A pod to laugh and cry
My dad calls this “the podcast with the laughing women.” You guys brighten my day about the right things and let me grieve the things that deserve grief. This podcast feels like a conversation I could have with my friends and I appreciate the effort you put into it and how honest and supportive of each other you are. Thanks for the opportunities to laugh and the brain food. This podcast helps pull me out of my own head and put words to the things we’re all experiencing. I hope there’s much more to come.

Sad to see the decline
I love Hannah Hart and really loved this podcast with her friend, Hannah Gelb when it began. It made me laugh, cry, think and it was so heartfelt. I will leave my old review here below to reflect my earlier feelings. But lately I have been having trouble getting into the episodes and I can’t quite put my finger on why. Something is missing. Or maybe it’s that I don’t get all the Sailor Moon references and find all that talk boring. It has been so long since I could even listen to a full episode without switching to something else that today I am unsubscribing. I do hope others are liking it more than me because I like the two hosts and wish them well. Old review: I listened to this at work (in a library) and spent the whole time going from smirk to giggle (& possibly created some worry regarding my sanity in some patrons). Here’s a topic for an episode: liking someone who doesn’t like you back (unrequited love). If you have any thoughts on that particular brand of masochism, I am sure I am (probably?) not the only one who would like to know, maybe. 😁 Great show and so much fun to listen to! I listened to all the episodes in one day.

Thank you!
Thank you for still providing us with podcasts especially through this pandemic! As someone primarily quarantined alone it really helps just to hear other families voices even if it’s a favorite podcast. Thank you!

So real
My favorite podcast. The hannahs are so interesting, they’ve gone through a lot in their lives and their experiences and opinions are so refreshing to hear. I love tuning in every week

This podcast is INCREDIBLE!
I’ve been a listener since this podcast first started, and love it so so much! It has made me laugh, and cry, and feel seen and understood on so many different occasions. If you’re feeling unsure or confused or a little lost with just about any aspect of your life, give this a listen because it will give you a few friends who are right there in it with you and outpouring the support you need.

Feeling in a Deep Hole of Depression? Listen to these Hannah’s!
I am so so glad for both Hannah’s to be back for season 3 because I LOVE this podcast!! I find myself feeling like I’m in this deep depression hole sometimes, but listening to this podcast helps me feel connected and heard and relatable. Not to put pressure on the Hannah’s to live up to that, but seriously whether they are just casually talking about their lives and feelings or taking a deep dive into a therapeutic project-it’s all magical and it enriches my life so much!! Thank you!!!

Loved this! ...any more?
I don’t know if anyone will see this, but I just finished listening to all of the Hannahlyze This episodes (I know I’m a little behind). I truly loved this show; it made me think so deeply about so many things. I would love to know if it will continue on iTunes?

I’m here for it so hard
I never ever review podcasts but I have not yet finished episode ZERO and Hannah Gelb has just expressed every belief I have ever had about hating CBT and I have found my new podcast home. I’ve never heard another person say everything I feel about how INFURIATING and USELESS CBT is and it was so validating to hear someone else say that CBT wasn’t a lifesaving miracle. THANK YOU. ❤️ looking forward to listening more!

One episode...
...was more than enough. The sound quality made the interesting topic not worth listening to.

More helpful than I can explain
This podcast has literally changed my life. Not only do I get to practically have a therapy session every day that I listen to them, which helps in between my actual therapy sessions, but I also get financial advice! Like I never really thought much about my 401K until they brought it up! 🤯 They are so real about everything and it’s so refreshing to hear their life stories.

Such a relatable podcast!
I love both the Hannahs a lot, in general. But I love hearing them talk so candidly about everything in their lives, both good and the no-so-good and/or difficult stuff. Gelb is so profound, more than I feel she knows. But also I (and I think so many other listeners too) can relate when she just makes exasperated sounds of grief or confusion at the unknown. I also just want to give her a great big hug (per her consent). And I enjoy hearing about/seeing both Hannahs personal growth’s throughout both podcast seasons.

Honesty
I live both the Hannah’s and I also enjoy the interviews! Their friendship is adorable and their advice is inspiring because they don’t have it all figured out either and they are honest about that!! Also Gelb is a star

Hannah Gelb’s laugh is curing my anxiety
Not really obviously lol my anxiety is still kickin but I love the Gelb’s laugh and Hannah Hart’s silly puns and jokes. This podcast makes me feel like I’ve got two older sisters telling me it’s okay that my 20s feel chaotic and often terrible. Thank you Hannah’s ❤️

the self help podcast that just can't help itself!
I've been an avid listener since the beginning and I love the variety of guests on the pod and the fact that both Hannahs are willing to be open, raw and honest about their life experiences! It's great to listen to them grow and learn more about life and themselves.

Harto should just have her own podcast
No Gelb means straight delete. I would rather the podcast only update once every three years with both than deleting another lone Hannah Hart interview with a stranger. Gelb is busy and has life so I wish that Hart wouldn't just replace Gelb when she's unavailable, it's very rude and not worth it.
I want Gelb
A blatant ripoff of By The Book
This is clearly a low quality ripoff of another show, By The Book. And maybe that would be forgivable if they gave credit, and made a decent show. But they've failed to do both. I wish there was a way to give zero stars.

Look forwards to this every week!
I look forward to listening to my friends in California talk about life! I think this week you may have uploaded last weeks podcast again though...i hope you can work on levels and technical clarity. Sometimes you sound metallic coming through my speakers and i have to turn you over or down and Gelb is always mug louder than Hart so there is a big levels difference. Content wise however- refreshing fun and inspired

Thank you for existing!
This podcast has been like having a great, deep conversation with my best friends. The way the Hannahs cover, talk about and analyze these topics and things that we all go through feels like being hugged and understood in ways that I haven’t before. It automatically makes me feel less alone in my struggles while giving me a good laugh. It has taught me how to better analyze myself without being too judgy, and how to befriend and understand my mind! So thank you for existing! Love you HANNAHS!

My First and My Favorite
I’ve been listening to this podcast since just a couple weeks from it’s beginning, and it has truly changed my life. The Hannahs’ transparency about their lives, struggles, pasts, and mental illnesses is so encouraging. When I’m having a particularly hard or stressful time, I just start this podcast over from the beginning and let the Hannahs’ laughs, tears, and willingness to be vulnerable remind me that I’m not the only person in the world who feels overwhelmed and out of place sometimes. This was the first podcast I ever really fell in love with, and it turned me on to podcasting in general, and for that I’m so thankful! I’m also so incredibly thankful for the role it played in my coming out process, and also in my journey trying to accept myself exactly as I am and understand that seeking help is not admitting weakness, it is exhibiting strength. So basically, what I’m trying to say is, LISTEN TO THIS PODCAST. (And also check out their Patreon while you’re at it!)

Hannah Gelb’s laugh cured my depression
I’ve been a fan of Hannah Hart’s for some couple of years now. I used to watch MDK religiously throughout my time in college (2013-2016). I still watch Hannah Hart’s videos when I have the chance but have gotten away from YouTube culture because adulting. Recently I’d taken to scrolling through Instagram and such and kept getting ads for Hannahlyze This Pod. A couple times I’d hear either of the Hannah’s talking about something and I’d just laugh and remind myself to get into it. That didn’t happen until the other day. I just moved out of a crappy situation and I’ve been handed a lot of free time so I decided why not get into this podcast since hours of my day just opened up. I DO NOT REGRET BINGEING ALL THAT I HAVE. I’ll get on my PS4 or XboxOne and just have the podcast on in the background, or when I’m out driving/walking/doing a menial task at work I’ll listen to it. They both talk about some interesting things and subjects that have made me take a second to think. I just love their energy and I swear Hannah Gelb’s laugh has cured my depression. I didn’t think I’d be someone who could get into podcasts, but these two have changed the game for me. And as someone who suffers from depression/anxiety and is dealing with a major transition in my life right now - the podcast has given me a reason to get out of bed on the bad days, and it makes me smile and laugh. So if either Hannah is reading this, thanks for creating this!

religious bias
i really like this podcast but it’s really isolating to jehovah’s witness listeners. it seems very judgmental for someone who says they’re so open minded. i can understand your viewpoint and can empathize completely with why you’d feel that way from the way you grew up and how your dad was. but he doesn’t sound like someone who’s a true christian by his actions. what he did was not ok. things are a lot different now between young people and things are not so harsh and horrible as they used to be when you experienced it. there’s a lot more variations of personalities and feelings of people in this religion. idk, of course your opinion is valid for you but it’s just kinda soul crushing to hear you, someone i really admire and like, talk so negatively about a part of my life. but anyway i really enjoy the podcast and love hearing your points on mental health while also having laughter. thank you xo

Great podcast!
I loved the season 1 pod so so much but I find myself not as excited on tuesday when a new episode is out. I don’t mind the modules but they are lasting so long and I am losing interest in the topic.

Friends who make you think, cry, and laugh
This podcast brings me so much joy. It has gotten me through some tough times and made me smile even brighter during good ones. It’s like hanging out with two wonderful, understanding, hilarious, and beautiful friends. They make you think, cry, laugh, and problem-solve adulthood and life challenges right along with you. Plus, listening to the Hannahs kept my mom and I from killing each other on a loooooong road trip. Now we listen to Hannahlyze every time we drive together. Highly recommend.

Still love it
Funny and insightful and entertaining! Particularly the episode where Hart is trying to decide to go to a funeral or not, because her anger and confusion is very real and I’ve dealt with a similar issue. Also the adhd episode was super helpful as an adult with adhd! I love both Hannah’s a bunch, keep it up 👍🏼
