Great Entertainment
Despite the real and tangible value of the information in this podcast, it’s just so entertaining! Concise, well curated, and delivered in a way that non-techies can also enjoy it!

Long Time Subscriber UNSUBSCRIBING
I’ve subscribed for a few years now but getting very tired of hearing your political opinions. This podcast is no longer of any use to me.

Cross promoted content is irrelevant
For some reason they have cross promoted content that is totally irrelevant. I assume they’re worried that word notes can’t survive as a stand alone as a podcast, so they subject the rest of us to it. OVER AND OVER AND OVER.
Anon reviewer d00d
Culturally insensitive
I am assuming it’s Dave Bittner that’s reading an email in an antiquated “Asian” accent (episode 165 around the 20 minute mark), but whether it’s him or not it’s culturally inappropriate / insensitive and should not have happened. It’s 2021 and you should know better, so please do better.

Informative and insightful, plus fun
Even if you're not deep into the cyber security world, this is a fun and interesting podcast. Sure, the delivery vehicle is cyber security, but the subject matter is really human nature and applicable everywhere.

Easy to listen to and informative!
This podcast is surprisingly lighthearted while still delivering salient and relevant information. The format of each episode keeps the content moving at a nice pace without sacrificing depth of thought. Keep up the great work- Gen Z loves you!

These goons are pretty good at what they do
The title is in no way meant to offend the two that run this podcast, I think Dave and Joe are amazing guys and are really well informed. I just went through a bunch of the other reviews for this podcast and discovered that most of them somehow contain the words “entertaining, insightful, or informative”. In an attempt to be different from the rest, I decided to go with the title that I did. Anyhow, this show is great for listening on the job, in the car, or even when you’re trying to fall asleep. Not because it is boring, or bland, but because it is calming and a great way to passively gain knowledge on the topic. The information they present is done so in such a way that you can be doing something completely off topic such as emptying the dishwasher, and still go along with the story. Complex topics are made simple, terribly difficult things are broken down in many sub-parts, etc. Great show overall. I look forward to the continuation of this podcast.

Not just for the tech savvy and IT pros
This a a great podcast for anyone who gets emails, surfs the web, has a smartphone or uses a credit card. In other words it's for everyone. The hosts give solid, real world guidance on how to avoid getting scammed in an entertaining and understandable way. It also does some deep dives into various aspects of cyber security so it's great for those in the field as well. Considering how prolific phishing scams are becoming, this is a must add to your playlist rotation.

Funny and Informative in Layman’s Terms
I love that this podcast spells out information security in a way that everyone can understand. My husband is a cyber security analyst and is constantly urging me to learn more about the topic. He first suggested the cyberwire podcast, but it was a bit too technical for me. Then I tried hacking humans and loved it! I really like that the hosts are both funny and empathetic towards victims. All and all, I think this podcast is a fun and easy way for everyone to learn more about securing their information and staying safe!

Informative and funny
As a newish student in a center for excellence cyber program I find that this podcast, and the Cyberwire podcast, help introduce new ideas and reinforce learned material with real-world examples. Plus this one makes me laugh. I was walking my dog in the park when I listened to the "porpoises with flaming credit cards" catch of the day - people must've thought I was crazy, walking around laughing. I love the accents that you do when you read the examples, I love that you always explain terminology, I love your great interview questions - the only thing I don't love is that you're only on once a week!

Well done and enjoyable podcast
I listen to a number of security-related podcasts and this is one of my favorites. The hosts provide great information, which I can use in my work as a systems engineer working closelyi with InfoSec. The more you know about social engineering, the better you can defend against it. This show helps with that a lot.

Everyone needs this podcast in their life.
This show is an essential addition to the podcast library of everyone, as the hosts provide fantastic briefs each episode on current topics. I especially love the Catch of the Day part of each episode, as it is often good for a hearty laugh! There are multiple ‘Social Engineering’ podcasts out there, but Hacking Humans is truly a cut above. It’s light and I learn something each episode, despite being well educated on the topics they discuss. They regularly have academic, government, and cyber business guests on who are in-the-know. They do a fantastic job of weaving educational conversation in to business and individual news, relating to social engineering scams. I’ve studied this topic for years and appreciate the public service being done here, as confidence games are oh so real. 5/5 please don’t stop guys, you rock!

This stuff is easy to avoid IF you know what is going on. This podcast makes it easy to know what is really going on, and therefore to be able to avoid scams of all kinds, from old fashioned con games to modern cryptojacking. You know those times where you’ve felt stupider after listening to a bad podcast? Well after every episode of Hacking Humans I am left feeling noticeable smarter and better prepared. Not too many things you can say that about.

Help to understand how the world is out to get you.
These two have a really nice back and forth, along with guest interviews, to keep you up to date on ways that the world is out to scam you. And they keep it in terms that anyone can understand.

Finally! Understanding your weakest link.
This podcast helps by providing valuable insight into the weakest link in anyone's environment and I would highly recommend it for anyone in the cyber security industry. Also, Dave Bittner is enjoyable to listen to and always seems to ask the exact questions that are popping into my head as I listen to the conversation. He is always on point and digging deeper for us so we can gain an even better understanding.
