In January 2009, Richard found out he was going to be a dad. That day he committed to building a business that will give him the freedom to have lunch with his kids every day. Additionally, I talked about how failure is often misunderstood in our society. It tends to have a negative impact on us, whereas we should consider it a fresh start and a step towards success.
