In January 2009, Richard found out he was going to be a dad. That day he committed to building a business that will give him the freedom to have lunch with his kids every day.
Now January of 2019, Richard, the father of three, has missed only a handful of lunches with his kids. He travels with his family full time in an RV. He is educating his children and showing them this great country, and living a life of freedom that few ever experience—at the same time, building and working on his business full-time.

In last week's episode, I discussed Giannis Antetokounmpo's speech on failure after his team was knocked out of the playoffs. I shared what I learned from his speech and how it impacted me.
Additionally, I talked about how failure is often misunderstood in our society. It tends to have a negative impact on us, whereas we should consider it a fresh start and a step towards success. Instead of seeing failure as a defeat, we should look at it as an opportunity to take one more step forward in our journey towards achieving our goals.

In this week's episode, we explore how making a decision to change your life can yield incredible results in just 11 months. Inspired by a YouTube documentary on Tupac Shakur, who accomplished many things in the 11 months before his passing, I draw parallels to my own life and how I started my insurance franchise in the same timeframe. Don't miss this great episode!
