Produced from 1946 to 1954, and aired on Mutual Broadcasting System, by Owen and Pauline Vinson, Let George Do It was an American radio drama series that starred Bob Bailey as detective-for-hire George Valentine (with Olan Soule stepping into the role in 1954). It is about the story of George Valentine, a tough-guy detective who always prioritizes his job above anything else. Along with him is his secretary, the smart and sassy Ms. Claire Brooks (aka Brooksie), who sees him as someone special.
