This is such an inspiring podcast. Yinh does a tremendous job of finding great people to tell their stories. There is chemistry and candor in all her interviews. Which allows the audience to get inside the lives of these inspiring women. Will continue to listen.

I’ll be honest ... I’m not a huge podcast person, but this ones worth a listen. Yinh finds really inspiring & uplifting guests to interview. This is my guilty pleasure after a long day to take a bubble bath and wind down to some amazing stories. I love that I always learn new interesting tidbits after each interview.

Yinh finds the most unique guests. I’m tired of hearing the same people interviewed by dozens of podcasts saying the same stuff. Somehow she finds really cool profiles that are motivating and you are drawn into the stories to inspire you to “get better every day”. Keep on going Yinh!!

Yinh's hosting style is conversational with a humble authority. She asks intelligent questions that allow for the listener to gain a 360 view of the guest's experience and always closes the show on a high note that inspires change. I have enjoyed every show I've listened to and am excited to discover more.

Can’t get enough of this podcast! Yinh does a beautiful job of drawing out amazing stories from each of her diverse interviewees. Her guests are so unique! How does she find them? Each episode is refreshing and chalk full of information about really random sectors (improv, magic, microsoldering!?) I can’t wait to see what other profiles Yinh has on!

I started to listen to Yinh’s podcast and I must admit that since I’m a podcast virgin, I’m not quite sure what my expectation was. I was really blown away by her podcast concept: empowering failures and shifting the negative aspect of failure into a positive one. I also like her choice of guest speakers and are really looking forward to continue listening.

The podcasts are real and speak to all people. Talks about failures, which we all have, but to embrace and learn from them. Great stuff and looking forward to learning more from Yinh and the folks she interviews.

There's no doubt that the guests on many podcasts are success stories but hearing how they struggled to achive interview worthy status makes it that much more relatable. If you are an infovore looking for an edge (admit it, you probably are if you are finding podcasts like this one) you will likely find the guest list interesting based on the sample of the first 3. You will also find that persistence is the common key -- the ability of these women to examine their mistakes, tweak, and charge forward. Yinh prepares well in respect of her guests and creates a welcoming setting which prompts an earnest, vulnerable discussion. A welcome addition to the class!

Yinh’s interviews reveal the secret and often unspoken ingredient to success. Her subjects speak to the power of failure in becoming successful and in so doing provide a reference point for those of us working toward our own version of success. I find this series insightful and fun and I look forward to more episodes soon!

Such a nice twist to hear about the struggles of these successful leaders. There’s no easy road. It’s great to hear the background of how these leaders paved their way to success.

The folks that Yinh features have incredible backgrounds and are very inspiring. Plus, these are not the same old stories you hear from every other podcast about success. Yinh is cultivating some really interesting people that you can't find anywhere else. This is a must subscribe/listen.
