We once thought that Meditation was a waste of time, but after giving it a try (putting arrogance and ego to the side), we have come to the realisation that it is essential to every person's self-improvement journey. The ability to achieve a state of calm whilst being able to tap into the present at any given moment has become nothing short of essential in such an anxiety inducing and chaotic world we live in today.
