In high school, we all know there is a strong drive to impress others, leading many of our actions and thoughts to revolve around seeking external validation. As a result, many negative outcomes can arise from the desire to be validated by our peers. By examining the high school experiences of our own, we do not only bring awareness to this dilemma, but also recommend solutions that may help you get through this time of life.

We once thought that Meditation was a waste of time, but after giving it a try (putting arrogance and ego to the side), we have come to the realisation that it is essential to every person's self-improvement journey. The ability to achieve a state of calm whilst being able to tap into the present at any given moment has become nothing short of essential in such an anxiety inducing and chaotic world we live in today. In this video, we discuss our experiences with meditation, including Andrew's meditation story in Osaka, Japan, Naveen's discoveries in India, plus our tips and insights on how we think a beginner should begin to practice the form of Zazen meditation, as they helped us tune into the present moment a lot more easily.

Let's be honest with ourselves... the evening probably isn't our proudest period of the day. Perhaps you have a side hustle you want to get started on or an assignment due the next day, so you come home from work or college telling yourself that "today will be the day I finally begin! NO EXCUSES THIS TIME!". But when you get home, you find yourself back on YouTube, playing video games, watching porn, craving sugar, and the list of bad habits goes on and on. Then the next thing you know, the day has already passed, with no progress made.
We need to be better. We need to identify the poor and lazy evening habits which have consumed us for too long, so that we can get back to working towards attaining the life we desire for our future selves.

The first hour of our day has become so heavily undervalued, as we tend to focus on where other people want us to be, prioritising others' lives before our very own. We forget about our own lives at the most crucial time of the day which we all know results in frustration, stress and even sadness once we look back on our day in retrospect. In this video, we will be discussing six small changes we have made to our morning routines since getting on the self improvement grind that have had profound results on our self esteem and health overall.

Everyone knows Social Media is not the best use of our time. Yet why do we still pick up our phones to scroll through apps like Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and Twitter when we know they aren't helping us in any way? We continue to binge watch Netflix when there is work to be done. Everyone's lives seem so much more interesting than our own... Then once you open Social Media, you are reeled in until you have realised an hour has passed, and then another, and another... This repetition forms a habit as hours become days and days become weeks, until you realise you have formed an addiction to Social Media. If this is you, like it was for us at one stage. If you are wanting to become an improved version of yourself... there is a solution: A Social Media Detoxification.
