An Insight into the Native American Literature
This podcast essentially talks about the Native American literature. We talk about who Native Americans are, their history and their literature and its transition throughout the years. We also talk about the early 19th century writers and their works, their struggles and the discrimination Native Americans have had to face and the depiction of that discrimination through their literature. We further talk about the Modern Native American literature also known as the Native American Renaissance and the dilemmas faced by the writers in the later years. So in this episode we have tried to provide the listeners with the precise and descriptive representation of the Native Americans and their Literature.

This podcast discusses K Satchidanandan's Essay That Third Space : Interrogating the Diasporic Paradigm. We discuss what is meant by Diaspora, the backgrounds, contexts and the dilemma of the conditions for being considered a Diasporic writer in relation to what Satchidanandan talks about in the essay. 'Home' an often conflicting concept for the diaspora is also discussed. We look at what identifies as Indian, various perspectives through which diaspora can be looked at, and some examples relevant to the concepts talked about in the essay. We interpret the essay in our own ways also while looking at some opinions we came across. So this episode talks about our thoughts and interpretations of Satchidanandan's Essay.
