Growth and advancement are two of the most common desires for us regarding our careers. It’s important for us to know we CAN continue to grow and develop, as well as, reach new heights in our careers. The answer to the question of “What am I missing?” is no different. It’s also based upon who we uniquely are, and that’s okay!
