In this episode I talk about my experience with how grief bombs have impacted my driving making it unsafe to drive at times. Grief bombs while driving are very common among other grieving people. Grief Guidance was born out of a place of desperation. In 2020 at the age of 26, Kristen lost her father to lung cancer and then just nine short days later lost her best friend to suicide. After searching for a place for her voice to be heard and emotions to be seen she came up empty handed. This show was her solution to that search. It will allow you to hear others stories about their grief and how they are handling it. It will give listeners who are grieving a support they never knew they needed.
