💚 THE BROTHER CHECK-IN | 3 Questions. One Honest Conversation.
Sometimes we ask our mates, “How are you?” without ever really asking how they are.
The Brother Check-In is a short 2–5 minute conversation where I sit down with a brother — a mate — and ask just three simple questions about life, the week they’ve had and where their head is at right now.
No big interview.
No pressure.
No judgement.
Just a conversation.
And it seems only right that we begin with Boab — the very first guest ever interviewed on the Green Sunrise Podcast.
Because checking in with your mates shouldn’t only happen when something is wrong.
Sometimes three questions and a few minutes of somebody’s time can open a conversation that really matters.
💚🌅🫶 Remember, you are Green Sunrise. Decide on Life.
