It has been far too long since we’ve had a proper chat with our pal JAY-JAY WILSON. We caught up with him shortly after his impressive win in Bellator last month and got incredible insight into his techniques in that fight (my man hit a JUDO throw in a fight like it was NOTHING… what?).

We also talked about how Dustin Poirier somehow found himself involved in some of the antics in the week leading up to the fight and threw some shade at the BJJ guys who cannot dance.
